Your studio should run on a loop. Right now it runs on you.
We help small content and production teams put out more work, more often, that looks like it cost more than it did. These same systems ran all the media for a firm with $7B under management, for a fraction of what an agency would have charged.
For photo & video studios · podcasts, shows, Skool & courses · creative agencies of 3–15 · founder-led teams with a standing video need
What are you still doing at 11pm that isn't the craft?
Whatever you just answered with is where we start. If more than one stage is jammed, we build in the order that frees up the most.
Pick a stage to see the number behind itNo ads and no pipeline, so next month's work is referrals and hope.
An inquiry lands Saturday. You see it Monday. Follow-up happens once, then never.
Proposals written at midnight, invoices chased twice, and every contract retyped from the last one.
The same edit, the same captions, the same exports, every week, by hand.
A real backlog, due this month. Nothing built this month fixes it.
Freelancers who went a significant stretch of last year with no income at all, because no work came in.
The average time a business takes to answer a new lead.
Hours a week the average small business owner spends on admin and finance instead of the work. Nearly twice the time they spend winning new business.
Photographers who spend anywhere from a quarter to three quarters of their working week editing instead of shooting.
What the average small business is owed in unpaid invoices right now. 59% have some more than 30 days overdue.
Name the stage, then we build around what already works.
Ninety seconds
Send your website. We try your inquiry form or look through your back catalog, then record a short video: which of the five stages is jammed and what we'd build there. No deck and no call required.
Built in your accounts
Scope, timeline and a one-page picture of the flow before anything gets built. Then it gets built in your own logins, written up in plain language, and handed over with a walkthrough for whoever runs it after us.
One improvement a month
We keep it running and make it a little better each month. Cancel any time. Everything stays yours.
Built for our own studio first.
String Loop is the systems side of Spotlight Coalition, a working production studio. 500+ pieces of media so far, for companies and for individual creators: brand films, long-form and short-form, podcast episodes, course and Skool modules, event recaps and launch films, and a nine-hour audiobook that is live on Audible. The same systems ran all the media for a firm with $7B in assets under management on under $30K a year; an agency would have billed $250K+ for the same work. Every system on this page started as a tool we built to get that work delivered. The versions that didn't work are still on disk, which is how we know which ones do.

Asked on every call.
Is this AI?
Some of it, and only where it earns its place. Every system is built for your business from scratch, in your accounts and in your voice, and AI does the parts it is good at, like drafting a reply or picking the strongest moments, with a check in front of anything that goes out. Nothing gets switched on that you have not agreed to.
Our process isn't defined yet.
Most aren't written down anywhere, and that's fine. Finding it is what the free audit is for: we look at how work actually moves through your business today, and the parts that already run the same way every time are where we start. The parts still changing stay by hand until they settle, so nothing gets built that you would have to fight later.
Can't I just use HoneyBook, Dubsado or Opus Clip?
You can, and if you already use one, we build on it. Each of those solves one problem well, and your business is a chain of them: the inquiry, the reply, the contract, the invoice, the cut, the delivery. What we build is the connections along that chain, in your voice, so the tools you already pay for start working as one.
What do you need from me to start?
Start with the free 90-second audit below: fill in the short form, and within two business days we send back a short video naming the stage that is costing you the most and what we would build there. If you want to go ahead, it is one call to agree scope and timeline, logins to the accounts the system will live in, and a few examples of how you write to clients so the voice is yours. From there it is usually two to four weeks to running, with a walkthrough at handover. If you would rather talk first, book a call and we start there instead.
Who fixes it when something breaks?
Whoever you want to. Every account is yours, every flow is written up in plain language with a one-page picture of how it runs, and you get a walkthrough at handover, so you or anyone on your team can. If you would rather not think about it, Loop Care watches it, fixes it when one of your tools changes underneath it, and makes one improvement a month.
What if the backlog is due this month?
Then building something is the wrong answer, because a system finished this month does not clear work due this month. Hands on Deck is our studio, Spotlight Coalition, taking the overflow on by hand, in your style, at your rate card, under your name, through the same final check. It is the one stage where we do the work instead of handing you the hours.
Send your website. Get back your stage.
Fill in the short form below, and within two business days you get a free 90-second video naming which of the five stages is costing you the most hours, and what we'd build there first. You don't need a call to get it, but if you'd rather talk first, that's the button underneath. If it isn't a priority, say so and we'll stop.
